Upon checking in, the room had no modern amenities and had a musty smell but the staff quickly addressed this and cleaned our room. The room didn't quite match the pictures, but the service made up for it. The hotel's location is amazing, giving it a boutique feel and offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience lacked variety, although the staff were helpful, making it a positive aspect overall.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with refreshed bathrooms and a working balcony overlooking the garden, more like a 3 to 4-star experience rather than a 5-star. The size of the room was good.
This hotel exudes the exquisite charm of a bygone era and is ideally located next to the vibrant Khan Market and Lodhi Gardens in Lutyens Delhi. The great staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the vivacious breakfast crew led by Uma Ji and his spectacular team pamper you like royalty during breakfast. The rooms were okay, but the food was awesome, with some areas in bad condition on the 4th and 3rd floors.
